3. Quotes and Estimates
Quotes and estimates provided by Suncoast Bedding are approximate and based on the information available at the time. Final prices may vary based on actual work required after diagnostic assessment. We will always provide a detailed estimate before beginning any billable work.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about equipment condition and issues
- Ensuring equipment is accessible for service when scheduled
- Paying for services rendered according to agreed terms
- Removing personal belongings and valuables from equipment before service
5. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Returned check fees may apply for dishonored payments.
6. Warranty
We offer a 90-day warranty on parts and labor for most repairs. Extended warranties may be available for major engine and transmission work. Warranty terms are provided at the time of service and may vary based on the type of work performed. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, normal wear, or customer negligence.
7. Limitation of Liability
Suncoast Bedding's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for those specific services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of crops, business interruption, or equipment downtime beyond the scope of repair services.
8. Equipment Storage
Equipment left at our facility for more than 30 days without pickup or payment arrangements may be considered abandoned. We may dispose of abandoned equipment according to applicable laws after proper notice.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Suncoast Bedding or its content creators and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without express written permission.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Thomas County, Georgia.
