Refund Policy

Terms regarding refunds for services and parts.

1. Service Payments

Payment for repair services is due upon completion of work. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. We do not offer refunds on completed repair work once the customer has accepted the repair and taken possession of their equipment, except as provided under our warranty provisions.

2. Parts and Materials

Parts and materials purchased from Suncoast Bedding may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are in original packaging and have not been installed or used. A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returned parts. Special order parts cannot be returned.

3. Diagnostic Fees

Diagnostic fees are non-refundable. If you proceed with repairs after the diagnostic, the diagnostic fee will be applied toward the total repair cost as outlined in our estimate.

4. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover our time and resource allocation.

5. Warranty Claims

If a repair covered by our warranty fails within the warranty period, we will correct the issue at no additional charge. If we are unable to repair the issue satisfactorily, we may offer a credit toward future services or parts, or a refund at our discretion based on the original repair cost.

6. Disputed Charges

If you dispute a charge on your credit card or other payment method, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve any billing disputes in a fair and timely manner. We reserve the right to suspend services for disputed charges until resolved.

7. Estimates and Quotes

Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. If costs increase due to unforeseen issues discovered during repair, we will contact you for approval before proceeding. If you decline the updated scope, you will be responsible for diagnostic fees and any work already completed.

8. Abandoned Equipment

Equipment left at our facility for more than 30 days without pickup or payment may be considered abandoned. After proper notice, we may sell or dispose of abandoned equipment to recover outstanding costs. Any proceeds remaining after costs will be returned to the customer if possible.

9. Refund Process

If a refund is approved (for applicable parts returns or warranty claims), refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds typically process within 5-7 business days after approval.
